Hi, Shannon. Please send us a copy of the arbitration clause and the balance of the contract to which you agreed. If you have other folks who are being victimized by tracphone by overcharging, please provide the names and contact information of those folks as well as information as to the amounts of overcharges. This could be the genesis of litigation, but it’s uncertain until we gather additional information. You can email us at blf@67.227.169.231.

I am in this situation right now and desperately trying to find a loop hole or way around it. I want to file a class action suit against TracFone Wireless. They have double charged me on more than one occasion and still deactivated my phone also! I have found hundreds and thousands of customers online complaining about the same thing. I contacted lawyers and they found this arbitration clause on the company website. But it is not something I ever knew about. I never signed anything or clicked that I agree. So irritating!

It is true that it is hard to believe that some parents simply make poor choices or completely forget their child is in the backseat of the car. Unfortunately, it does happen. We would like to eliminate these occurrences and hope that bystanders will act when they see children left unattended. As far as parents are concerned, may justice be served when appropriate. Hopefully these tips will help them avoid these situations altogether.

What kind of parent needs to have a reminder that their child is in the car? Seriously? Purse, briefcase, cell phone? They won't forget these personal items but they will forget their kids?

I raised 3 boys, I now have 8 grandchildren, and never have I forgotten they were in my car or left them for a quick run in the store.

Knowing the outcome of leaving a child in a car, these are not accidents. These are abusive careless actions.

If people are only concern to their health they can avoid heavy assistance in their golden age! Choices made while still young will have some bearing on the future. Your youthful activities become your habits. If you can slowly drop or avoid bad habits like smoking, poor diet, high alcohol intake and bad disposition, perhaps you may not need heavy-handed eldercare services in the future. And even if you are already well into your senior years, dropping bad habits and picking up good ones will still serve to keep you strong and vital.

Here's what I posted on FB. As well as an additional thought.
"So, here's the scene.
Someone gets angry in a bar and shoots the other person. People around the club/bar have weapons. Everyone draws their weapon to "get the bad guy" or "save the day".
*Problem 1; How can you tell in a dark bar WHO is the bad guy? Who would you shoot?
*Problem 2; Law Enforcement arrives. 10, 15 or MORE have weapons drawn. How can THEY tell who the "bad guy" is?
How would YOU like to be a cop and walk into a heated situation where more than ONE person has a gun drawn? As a cop, you have no idea WHAT happen, WHO started it, WHERE the 1st shooter is.
Good luck with all that."

As a bar/tavern owner I believe that it would be okay for the bar keeps to have a weapon BEHIND the bar. As long as everyone is trained on how to use the weapon. If accident occurs, as it may, the owner is also responsible.
My family owned a bar in Ohio and we had a gun behind the bar. While working during the day, even for a short time, I was glad it was there. We were in a REALLY bad neighborhood. Also, I was fresh out of the Air Force and ex-Law Enforcement/K-9, so I had weapons training, which helped.
